WW Recipe of the Day: 3-Ingredient Low Fat Honey Mustard Dressing
I'm excited to share my most recent discovery—a simple honey mustard dressing that is low in fat with three ingredients that stirs together in minutes.
Dressing can make or break a salad. Drizzling on the wrong choice can add hundreds of calories and tons of fat. While there are lots of lighter healthier bottled dressings available, it's fun and easy to whip them up at home in minutes.
This super simple skinny honey mustard dressing is a great example. If you've got mustard, honey and vinegar you can mix up this simple creamy low fat mustard dressing almost as fast as you could find a bottle in your fridge!

How to Make this Simple 3-Ingredient Honey Mustard Dressing
Step 1: Gather and prep your ingredients. Combine them with ¼ cup water, and mix until smooth and creamy.
Cooking Notes, Variations & Substitutions
No Dijon Mustard? Any mustard variety can stand in its place.
No Honey? Maple syrup would work. As would low calorie maple flavored syrup. Of course it would now technically be maple mustard dressing.
No Apple Cider Vinegar? Again substitute whatever vinegar you have - sherry vinegar, wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, etc.
How Long Will Homemade Salad Dressing Last?
Store your dressing in an airtight container in the fridge. I like to use small jam jars. It should stay fresh for about two weeks.
