A super easy crockpot chicken tikka masala with only 2 ingredients, perfect for busy days
1 pound trimmed chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
I jar (15 ounces) chicken tikka masala sauce (I used Patak's)
Place the cubes of chicken in your crock pot. (I used my 1-1/2-Quart.)
Add the jar of sauce and stir to combine .
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
Serve with basmati rice and peas, if desired.

[br][br][br]This sauce would be good with shrimp, potatoes, peas and/or cauliflower too.
