This post was very helpful, I am always looking for new, healthy recipes to try out, because I’m new to dieting and it can get pretty dull eating the same thing over and over. I love finding great recipes or creating my own and sharing them with others going through the same lifestyle changes. A while ago I started a blog on healthy living, and it has been great for me, because it really helps when you feel compelled to take your own advice :)
Thank you for the great articles and keep up the good work!
