Here is a collection of delicious healthy raspberry recipes to celebrate raspberry season!
Unfortunately I don’t live where I can pick fresh raspberries, but that doesn’t stop me from collecting healthy raspberry recipes.
Now that it’s raspberry season, I’ve been able to buy them for as little as 99 cents a box.
When fresh raspberries are not in season, frozen are a great alternative. I love to keep a bag in the freezer for adding to smoothies, making sauces, muffins and other favorite healthy raspberry recipes.
In addition to being delicious, raspberries are good for you. They’re full of fiber and healthy antioxidants. Did you know that eating raspberries could help lower your risk of type 2 diabetes, hypertension, atherosclerosis, and even cancer?
And they are Weight Watchers friendly. A cup of raspberries has just 64 calories, 0.5 g fat, 14.5 g carbs, 8 g fiber, 1.5 g protein and *0 PointsPlus!

Raspberry Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt – Jammy raspberries and rich chocolate combine for a delicious, tart frozen yogurt. It is quick and easy to prepare, but plan ahead if you’re using fresh berries—they take a little longer to freeze. Each serving has 147 calories and *4 PointsPlus. Found at Eating Well.
Peach Raspberry Popsicles – These Peach Raspberry Popsicles are awesome. I was hoping they would be good but I wasn’t expecting to want to eat all five then and there. They are so simple but it was like a touch of magic with the mixture of fresh peaches and raspberries. Found at Food Done Light
