Happy Sunday!
I hope you had a wonderful week. How quickly they are flying by! It was a great one for me with lots of time for yoga, walking, cookbook reading, and lunching with Mom.
And lots less time in the kitchen, which can be a blessing this time of year when just the thought of turning on the stove can cause me to break into a sweat.
I have Mom to thank. She spent last Sunday cooking like a wild woman and then shared the delicious results - roasted turkey breast, gravy, stuffing, baked ravioli alfredo, and kale, sausage, white bean soup - with me. We've been enjoying the variety for dinner all week.
The most I've had to do is make a vegetable or salad. Talk about a treat!
I can't think of a better gift than one of homemade food, can you?
